Work has finally begun on the Notar Jazz Club, the reboot of the famed Lenox Lounge by Nobu man Richie Notar. Things are actually coming along more quickly at Mr. Henry's Bakery, the next-door doughnut shop that's co-owned by actor and owner of New Orleans' Buttermilk Drop, Dwight Henry.
