Fatty Crab's Hong Kong Location to Open This Month

Fatty Crab is the latest New York restaurant to expand to Hong Kong. Zak Pelaccio hinted at plans for a Hong Kong satellite last June and earlier this year, and now it looks like the restaurant is just about ready to open. A message on the restaurant's Facebook page notes that "the menu is pretty similar to Fatty Crab NY," with "a decent amount of BBQ from Fatty 'Cue." If everything goes according to pan, Fatty Crab HK will open later this month.

Meanwhile, Mr. Pelaccio is gearing up to open a new restaurant in Hudson, NY by the name of Fish & Game. That might open as early as next week.
