Later this month, Williamsburg will get a new cerveceria from Felipe Mendez, the owner of La Superior. The new place, called Cerveceria Havemeyer will serve a type of ceviche called aquachiles, as well as tacos you can't find at La Superior and other larger plates. Mendez tells Zagat that while La Superior is "hard-core Mexican," Cerveceria Havemeyer will leave more room to experiment. [Zagat]
