Anticipation for tonight's James Beard Awards is amping up, and to round out Eater's predictions, it's time to guess who will win the awards for Outstanding Restaurant and Outstanding Restaurateur. In the former category, New York has one nomination: Blue Hill. It's going up against August in New Orleans, Highlands Bar and Grill in Birmingham, The Slanted Door in San Francisco, and Spiaggia in Chicago. Last year Balthazar and Blue Ribbon were up for this award, but it ultimately went to Boulevard in San Francisco. Can Blue Hill bring the award home? Tonight we find out.

And in the Outstanding Restaurateur category, New York has two representatives: Maguy Le Coze of Le Bern and Phil Suarez of Jean Georges and the other JGV restaurants. Suarez was up last year but lost out to Seattle's Tom Douglas. Make your predictions in the polls below.
