After a blind taste test, Serious Eats editor J. Kenji López-Alt concludes that the gluten-free pasta at Del Posto is basically just as good as the regular pasta. There are some difference between the two versions, but López-Alt notes: "I'd posit that Del Posto's gluten-free pasta is better than 95 percent of the regular pasta in the city, easily." [SENY]
