The Lower East Side legend Max Fish will close its doors at the end of July. Owner Ulli Rimkus says that the new Williamsburg version of Max Fish will be both larger and different than the original. Rimkus also notes that she is not interested in recreating the Lower East Side version when the bar reopens across the river. You can expect a few large goodbye parties before the bar closes.
