Missy Robbins OUT at Both A Voce Restaurants

Chef shuffle shocker: Missy Robbins, the acclaimed executive chef of A Voce Madison and A Voce Columbus, is leaving both restaurants at the end of the week. Ms. Robbins tells Flo Fab: "I made the decision a while ago...But I have no definite plans. Nobody believes me and I do have lots of ideas but I'm not in a rush. I want to travel, and work on a book." The restaurant has not named a replacement. Ms. Robbins entered the A Voce kitchen following the departure of Andrew Carmellini five years ago.
