EAST VILLAGE ? Feast has added a new 20-seat downstairs dining area, which is now open for any parties of two or more. The restaurant has also started offering a new nine-course seafood menu that's currently scallop-heavy (but will feature other things like soft-shell crab, as they come into season) and a new brunch menu available on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. [EaterWire]

CHELSEA ? Year-old Chelsea comfort food spot Pounds & Ounces is launching summer Fridays, with an extended happy hour on Fridays. Starting tomorrow and running through the summer, happy hour prices and live music run from 2 to 7 p.m., with complimentary food from 3 to 6. [EaterWire]

SOHO ? Starting May 10, the Trump Soho location of sceney Japanese restaurant Koi is growing its presence at the hotel. The restaurant is taking over Bar D'Eau on the seventh floor terrace, expanding the bar's food and drinks offerings with items from the restaurant's menu. [EaterWire]

FOOD MEDIA ? The American Society of Magazine Editors has named the winners of their seventh-annual Magazine Covers of the Year award.
