San Francisco-based artist Brian Goggin and former Fig & Olive chef John Parlatore recently opened a new restaurant called Preserve24 on the Lower East Side. According to press materials, "Preserve24 is a conglomerate of histories that continue to be built upon, telling the story of a legendary expedition that has not yet happened."

It's like every restaurant from the last 10 years was fed into a machine, and it spit out this weirdo composite. Take a look at the menu:
