1) Upper East Side: Work hasn't yet begun on Ristorante Morini, the high-end sister restaurant to chef Michael White's Osteria Morini. Rumor has it the build-out of the space will take around five months, once work begins. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

2) Tribeca: Above, take a look at two big restaurant openings in Tribeca, Marc Forgione's Southeast Asian concept Kio, taking over the former Duane Park space on Duane, and Telepan Local, uptown chef Bill Telepan's new restaurant in the former Industria Argentina space. Doesn't look like work has begun on either of these. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

3) Upper East Side: Work has begun though on Rotisserie Georgette, the coming casual restaurant from former Daniel Boulud publicist Georgette Farkas. This is targeting a fall opening. [PLYWOOD]
4) East Village: EV Grieve checks in on a number of neighborhood comings and goings, including Apartment 13, the new project from Paul Seres of The DL and Ludlow on the LES. It's taking over the former location of The Porch, whose sign only recently came down. [PLYWOOD]

5) Park Slope: Roberto Santibañez, the owner of Mexican hot spot Fonda, has applied for a liquor license at a new space just across the street from Fonda's Seventh Avenue location, DNAinfo reports. No word on the concept or timetable for this. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

6) Prospect Heights: Per The Patch, a new Caribbean restaurant is coming to the corner of Franklin Avenue and Sterling Place, called Island Seas. The space is currently being renovated, with the restaurant targeting a June opening. [PLYWOOD]
