The owners of still-shuttered-by-Sandy wine bar Bin No. 220 and its sister beer shop Keg No. 229 are opening a pop-up wine bar at Pier 17. Starting Memorial Day weekend, they'll be running The Wine and Beer Station in the former Bath & Body Works at the Pier 17 mall, doing retail wine and beer until the pier undergoes renovations starting in September.
