The new 100-seat location of Upper East Side old-timer Le Bilboquet is now targeting an August opening. The 27-year-old French restaurant owned by Philippe Delgrange left its original location at 25 E. 63rd St. after its lease expired, initially hoping to reopen just a couple of blocks south by this month.
