Dojo, the cheap restaurant near NYU with the long menu that has something for everyone, is closing up shop soon. Jeremiah Moss hears that the landlord just jacked the rent and the owners decided to close it down. A bartender told Ken of Greenwich Village Daily Photo that it "will reopen as something entirely different." No word yet on when, exactly, it will close or if the owners are involved in the next restaurant that will open in this space. The same restaurateurs operated another location of Dojo on St. Marks Place, but it closed in 2007. The Greenwich Village location has been around since 1991.
