Taste of the Lower East Side; Chanterelle Dinner at Robert

MIDTOWN ? David Waltuck of the beloved and departed Chanterelle will be cooking a six-course dinner at Robert at the Museum of Arts and Design, where he's been a consultant since Chanterelle closed. LOWER EAST SIDE (BY WAY OF SOHO) ? 50 different Lower East Side restaurants?the full list is awesome and a little overwhelming?will be serving up dishes at this year's edition of the Taste of the Lower East Side, a tasting benefit for the Grand St. Settlement nonprofit.
