Seamus Mullen writes in to The Price Hike to explain why Tertulia now charges $36 for its Iberico ham: "We increased the price about five months ago, but we also increased the portion size proportionately. The sad reality is that we still lose our shirts on the ham, it's so incredibly expensive...I figured that by increasing the size and the price I would sell less of it and would really only sell it to the people who know what they're getting themselves into."
