Plenty of activity is still going on at Lafayette, the Noho project by the 1992 Dream Team of restaurants, Andrew Carmellini, Josh Pickard, and Luke Ostrom. That coat of paint is almost complete, and of particular note for people who likes their French brasseries with a side of safety, some manner of fire prevention was going on earlier today.
