Restaurateur Paul Shaked announces today that Tal Aboav is in as the new chef at The Cleveland. The Cleveland's opening chef, Kenneth Corrow, left at the beginning of April, only a few months after the restaurant opened. Chef Aboav comes to The Cleveland from a position at Balaboosta, and has worked in the past at restaurants in Tel Aviv. His dishes have the same Mediterranean influences as the old dishes at The Cleveland, but the menu is now entirely new and greatly expanded. The new dinner and brunch menus are up and running now, with plans to soft-launch breakfast some time next week. Take a look at the new menus below.
