2013_2_AldeaQL.jpgBloomberg critic Ryan Sutton learns that George Mendes's Michelin-starred restaurant Aldea has ended its experimental prix fixe-only format and will now be offering an a la carte menu every day. The switch back comes at the request of loyal customers who missed the original menu. Mendes has plans to beef up the small plate section of the menu with more snacks and appetizers. The nine-course, $95 tasting menu will still be available throughout the week. [The Price Hike]
