Beware Puck Fair

New, 1 comment

The end of the popular Soho bar Puck Fair may be near. The owners of the building and the adjacent gas station have filed an application with the Landmarks Preservation Commission to knock down all of the buildings in order to construct a new one. None of the structures are landmarks, but the site does fall into the Soho-Cast Iron Historic District so it needs LPC approval. There is no word on when the bar would close, but it looks like time is running out. [DNAInfo]
