Chef/restaurateur John DeLucie and partners Sean Largotta and Chris Jonns are opening a restaurant in the Chelsea neighborhood of London called Red House. DeLucie will oversee the menu, which will include things like seasonal potpies, pastas, and premium meats. Will DeLucie bring his famed pork chop in a dome of smoke over to London? That's anybody's guess at this point.
Ben Scorah, the British bar man who designed the bar program at Bill's Food & Drink, will create the beverage menu. Presumably, Crown Group will create a space that feels like a mashup between a gastropub and an old New England-style restaurant, because that's what they did at The Lion, Bill's, The Royal, and Crown. Red House is slated to open in May.
