1) FiDi: A new location of Bill's Bar & Burger is coming to The Marriott by the World Trade Center Memorial. Signage says it will open sometime this spring. [PLYWOOD]

2) Lower East Side: The Lo Down files on El Aripo, a new restaurant coming to 172 Delancey, with arepas and other Latin American dishes. It's a family-run operation led by Dennis Sanchez, who was born and raised and still lives in the apartment of the restaurant, and whose parents are helping in the restaurant. It should open May 1. 3) Midtown East: Midtown Lunch reports that Bento Sushi is opening a new location on Third Avenue between 43rd and 44th. Signage says it should open in May. [PLYWOOD]

4) Harlem: The owners of an Upper East Side Indian restaurant (it's unclear which one) are opening up on Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem, Harlem Condo Life reports. No word on projected opening date. [PLYWOOD]

5) Park Slope: For what it's worth, that Park Place Starbucks got signage this week, per Here's Park Slope. [PLYWOOD]
