Harold Moore on the Making of the Commerce Burger

New, 8 comments

For his Burger Week special, chef Harold Moore of acclaimed West Village restaurant Commerce decided to make a "very straightforward American cheeseburger." He's using beef from Pat LaFrieda, fresh-baked rolls, homemade pickles, American cheese, red onions, and tomatoes. In the video above, the chef says that he "cooked a million of them to get it right." The Commerce cheeseburger is available at dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. through Friday, and it will be served at lunch on Friday and Saturday as well.
