For Burger Week, chef Wade Moises is serving a patty made from skirt steak, guanciale, and prosciutto. It's topped with smoked onion puree, escarole, and homemade ketchup-style sauce on Rosemary's focaccia. The burger comes with fried chickpeas and pickled vegetables on the side. The Rosemary's burger is available during lunch through Friday.
