BrisketTown's White Manna-Inspired Burger Week Special

New, 10 comments

When Eater asked BrisketTown's Daniel Delaney to craft a burger for Burger Week, he immediately knew what he wanted to make. His burger is inspired by the sliders at New Jersey's famed White Manna diner, which he visited frequently in his youth. In the video above, Daniel explains his inspiration, and shows the technique behind making this simple, but iconic American dish.

Daniel's sliders are available at BrisketTown from now through Friday, from 11 a.m. till 3 p.m. The sliders are priced at $3 a pop. Later this week, Daniel will debut the High Line outpost of BrisketTown, dubbed SmokeLine, where he will serve sandwiches and ribs.

Tweet a photo of this dish (or any Burger Week special) to @eaterny for a chance to win a ticket to Eater's Burger Week Fiesta at the brand-new Eighth Street location of Burger Joint on Friday afternoon.
