For L'Apicio's first-ever burger, chef Gabe Thompson is using a 10-ounce patty made with a special blend of beef from Pat LaFrieda. It's topped with Fontina cheese, pickled shallots, and Dijonnaise sauce, all served on a sesame seed bun. This Italian beef bomb is available from now through Sunday for dinner and brunch for $20, and it comes with a side of "Tuscan fries."
