2013_4_FoodTruck.jpgThe Health Department yesterday released a new set of guidelines for city food trucks, setting new regulations for size (no more than five feet wide, ten feet long), sanitation (trucks and carts using raw meat must now have a hand sink), and more. More changes could be coming, too, with City Council considering a bill that would require trucks to park in designated spots, with 450 parking spots across the city. [Gothamist, NYDN]
