Mint-tea gelato and a Tunisian roll with tuna, potato, egg and harissa are some of the dishes already planned for Bar Bolonat, the new restaurant from Einat Admony. The chef and owner of Taim and Balaboosta tells the Jewish Daily Forward that her newest venture will serve a more elevated, more playful, and more modern take on new Israeli cuisine.
