YONKERS — The newest addition to Chef Alain Ducasse's restaurant empire will open in late May in the Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway. The restaurant will be called Pinch, after the Basque-style tapas known as pintxos, and it will serve dishes like short-rib tacos and mac and cheese. [NYT]

EAST VILLAGE — DBGB Kitchen & Bar is hosting a pig roast with special guest Marky Ramone on Tuesday, April 30. The family-style meal will include smoked mozzarella ravioli and baked Alaska along with the whole suckling pig, plus unlimited New York state beers and wines, and a playlist curated by the rock icon himself. The dinner starts at 7 p.m. and tickets, which include tax and gratuity, are $96.66 online. [EaterWire]
