New Chef at Littleneck; Crawfish Boil at Willow Road

CHELSEA ? The Dutch's chef de cuisine Jason Hua is going to be hosting a crawfish boil at Chelsea newcomer Willow Road next Monday night, from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. It's $20 for all-you-can-eat crawfish and sides (including beignets), and $10 for all-you-can-drink Labatt. [EaterWire]

GOWANUS ? Isa and Il Buco alum Zach Barrow is IN at Littleneck, the Gowanus seafood restaurant by Andy Curtin and Aaron Lefkove. Opening chef Alan Harding left in the middle of last year. [EaterWire]

UPPER EAST SIDE ? The French restaurant La Goulue, which shuttered back in 2009 after 36 years on the Upper East Side, is set to reopen. The Post reports that owner Jean Denoyer has found a space on East 61st Street, but it won't be opening any time soon as the space needs work. [NYP via GS]
