1) Harlem: Yes, that Harlem Shake restaurant is really happening. The blog Harlem Condo Life hears that the name was actually decided upon before the viral dance craze from a couple weeks ago. It'll open in the next couple of weeks with burgers and milkshakes. [PLYWOOD]

2) East Village: Flea Market Café closed for renovations last year, but EV Grieve notices that the paper is off the windows and it looks close to reopening. The Avenue A restaurant will reopen on Monday. [POST-PLYWOOD]

3) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie reports that a second liquor license has been applied for at the former warehouse at 177 Chrystie. Antonioni got approval last year and construction's coming along, while this new app is for a bar called Mimi's. [PLYWOOD}

4) Lower East Side: And a wine bar called Antler is hoping to move into the below-ground space at 123 Allen St. that used to house Sweet & Lowdown, Bowery Boogie also learns. It's by the owners of Bull's Head Tavern and Tap Room No. 307 in Gramercy. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

5) Park Slope: The Sixth Avenue restaurant Lucky 7 is dunzo and is on its way to becoming an organic taqueria called Loli's. As Park Slope Patch notes, it's by Jose and Giovanni Ventura, the brothers who own Casa Ventura on Seventh Avenue in Park Slope. [PRE-PLYWOOD]
