Insterstate Food & Liquor on Orchard Street has been sold, but don't expect too much to change. Current owner Andy Boose won't say too much about the people taking over for him, aside from saying they plan to keep the look and feel of the place, as well as its current chef and manager. The new owners have applies for a liquor license under the name Tenement LES. [TLD]
