Last Thursday, Little Wisco empire builder Gabe Stulman and Momofuku vet Tien Ho opened their French restaurant, Montmartre, in the Chelsea space that formerly housed Gascogne. Montmartre has plenty of banquettes and cozy two-tops spread out over two floors, plus a small bar up front. Like Stulman's other hot spots, the space also features pop art and framed photographs on the walls. The menu includes bistro classics, as well as dishes that stray from the French tradition a bit. Take a look around, and do send any early reports our way.
