Apparently Staten Island officials have a problem with tourists riding the ferry to the borough, realizing there's nothing to do near the ferry landing, and getting on the next boat back to Manhattan. To combat this, they're planning a restaurant called The River Dock Café, which is due to open by the end of 2013 with a full bar and a seafood-heavy American menu. [NY1 via Zagat]
