Nathan's Reopening Date Set; Flay Opening Bolo in Noho?

CONEY ISLAND ? The Surf Avenue location of Nathan's Famous likely won't open before Memorial Day, but the boardwalk stand is set to reopen on March 18, just in time for the official Opening Day for the amusements at Brooklyn's open-air seaside funhouse. Both Nathan's locations have been shuttered since Hurricane Sandy. [Amusing the Zillions]

EATER GUIDES ? Here's 25 of the most underrated restaurants in America. From NYC there's Hearth and Tocqueville; from elsewhere, there's Wild Olive in Charleston, Kabuto in Vegas, and more. Head to Eater National for the full list. [Eater National]

NOHO ? All indications suggest that Bobby Flay might be looking at a space at 324 Lafayette for a reboot of his dearly-departed Spanish restaurant Bolo, though Flay tells grub Street simply that his team is "exploring opportunities." [GS]

CHELSEA ? Kelli Farwell, chef and captain of The Water Table, is going to be at a $25 tasting at Chelsea Wine Vault. It's doubling as a fundraiser to help Farwell and friends get that dinner boat up-and-running. [EaterWire]
