1) Gowanus: Work is coming along at The Bahche, the new Turkish restaurant coming to Seventh Street between Second and Third avenues in Gowanus. The restaurant updated its Facebook page last Friday with photos of its very Mediterranean-looking facade. As Brownstoner notes, it's going to be a huge two-floor restaurant with outdoor courtyard. No word on an opening date yet. [PLYWOOD]

2) Greenwich Village: With Carbone opening several weeks ago, the Torrisi boys' other project for spring 2013, The Lobster Club, is still a work in progress. Above, take a look at the activity going on there right now. [PLYWOOD]

3) Bushwick: There's a new gastropub coming to 425 Troutman called The Rookery, writes WyckoffHeights.org. It's going to have British and West Indian food, cask ales and high-end cocktails, with a focus on Scotch and aged rums. It should open this spring. [PLYWOOD]

4) Ditmas Park: Work has begun on a new restaurant coming to the Ditmas Park space once occupied by the ill-fated coffee shop Vox Pop. The details are still murky, but per Ditmas Park Corner the owners of the nearby wine bar The Castello Plan are behind the new operation. [PLYWOOD]

5) Bed-Stuy: A music venue and barbecue joint called Beast of Bourbon is coming to Myrtle Avenue in Bed-Stuy, reports DNAinfo. Opening in May, it'll be a 6,000-square-foot space with 50 beers on tap and 'cue served over-the-counter. It's by Sureshan Pather, owner of Black Swan on Bedford Avenue. [PLYWOOD]

6) Flatiron District: That stretch of neighborhood just above Madison Square Park is getting a beer hall and restaurant called Belgian Beer Café. It's going to be a massive two-story affair with beers available on tap, by the bottle, and in growlers, along with Belgian food and an in-house beer somm. Owners hope to open May 3. [PLYWOOD]

7) Kips Bay: Per pcvstBee, there's a new Pret a Manger coming to 303 Park Avenue South, at the corner of 23rd Street. [PLYWOOD]

8) Tribeca: Speaking of Pret a Manger, Tribeca Citizen notices that there's own coming into that neighborhood as well, at 319 Broadway. [PLYWOOD]
