When is Wylie going to open this baby up already? As of 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, the paper was still taped to the windows of Dufresne's new gastropub, Alder. Maybe Wylie and Co. will ceremoniously rip off the paper right at 6 p.m. Or maybe the paper will dissolve on its own. (Wylie knows a lot about science.)
