In case you're wondering what former Adour chef Didier Elena is up to these days, Flo Fab reports that he is now working with a restaurant in Aspen that's loosely affiliated with Food & Wine. The meals at Chefs Club are served by an ever-changing roster of visiting chefs, and Didier creates the menus with them. The owners hope to open a branch of the restaurant in New York soon. [NYT]
