In what has the potential be a good old-fashioned NYC pizza war, the current owner of Famous Ben's Pizza in Soho has sued his pizzeria's original owner. The actual "famous" Ben's widow Debbie Aliotta opened Bella Donna Cafe and Pizzeria nearby, which Famous Ben's current owner John Notaro says in his lawsuit is a violation of the agreement made when she sold her stake in November 2011.
