Stupak Explains Why He Stopped Cooking Entrees

Alex Stupak is bored by those large plates that come after appetizers and before desserts. As noted over the weekend, the chef removed all the entrees from the menu at Empellon Cocina. Now, it's a list of starters and tacos. When the Pink Pig asked about the changes on Twitter, Stupak responded: "I can't stand them so I'm never cooking them again." Sayonara, entrees. You thought you were too big to fail, but now you've been kicked to the curb.
