Attaboy
134 Eldridge St., Lower East Side
Status: Certified Open

Attaboy is now open in the original Milk & Honey space on the Lower East Side. This speakeasy-feeling cocktail den is helmed by two Milk & Honey alumni, Sam Ross and Michael McIlroy, who have taken over the space now that that iconic cocktail bar has moved to its new location in the Flatiron District. It opened earlier this month.

Like the new Milk & Honey (and unlike the original), reservations are not required at Attaboy. The space has gotten a slight facelift, with the Attaboy boys removing the booths in the front and doubling the size of the bar, and giving the walls a whitewash. There's no written menu, with the team behind the bar personalizing drinks based on customers' tastes, and all cocktails run $16. Soon enough, the team will be adding canned beer and charcuterie options. It opens nightly at 6:45 p.m.
