Although Danny Meyer was once in the running, it looks like the Port Authority will choose Legends Hospitality to run the observation deck at One World Trade Center. The Post reports that the organizers of the project are "set to sign a 15-year deal" with the company, which operates the concessions at Yankee Stadium and a slew of other sports venues.
