Midtown takeout spot Dishes has filed a lawsuit against three people who allegedly organized a protest there last week. According to the suit, the protest included former employees and members of an Occupy Wall Street-affiliated group who were carrying and playing tubas and blocking the exits while singing. [DNAinfo]
