Post-Sandy Rockaway

The Rockaways are slowly rebuilding after Hurricane Sandy. Some good news: the beloved back deck Bungalow Bar is coming along (check it out to the right) and the plan is to reopen by this summer. Unfortunately, there's some bad news as well. Connolly's Bar wasn't able to reopen in time for today's St. Patrick's Day parade as they had originally hoped, but are planning to be back in action by Memorial Day weekend. [Facebook; Previously]
