Next month, Josh "Die Hard" Pickard, Luke "The Duke" Ostrom, and Andrew "The Mandrew" Carmellini will open their new French restaurant, Lafayette. No menu has been released yet, but Carm's blog and Twitter feed are filled with pics and sketches of dishes that he's working on, like ravioli, tarts, a fig plate, and some type of square thing with a circular thing.
