Andrew Tarlow's Diner is still going strong after almost 15 years in business. Although the menu changes daily, you can still get a terrific burger and a serious steak any night of the week. As always, the crowd is an eclectic mix of scenesters, young couples on dates, and neighborhood types who have been coming here for years.
