Blind Man Sues Doughnut Plant; Bourbon at Sycamore

CHELSEA ? A blind man has sued the Doughnut Plant at the Hotel Chelsea, alleging that the sidewalk elevator shaft was open and unprotected, leading to him falling down to the basement level. The suit further alleges that the fall resulted in the amputation of his pinkie finger, needed for reading braille. [DNAinfo]
