Blind Man Sues Doughnut Plant; Bourbon at Sycamore

CHELSEA ? A blind man has sued the Doughnut Plant at the Hotel Chelsea, alleging that the sidewalk elevator shaft was open and unprotected, leading to him falling down to the basement level.
