On April 1, some of the original chefs from Momofuku Noodle Bar will cook a meal together at The Brooklyn Star. Scott Garfinkel (Furn Shawarma), Kevin Pemoulie (Thirty Acres), and Tim Maslow (Strip-T's) will prepare a four-course dinner with Joaquin Baca for $65 per person.
