Momofuku just tweeted out the image at right, which sure does make it look like popular Philly spot Zahav is doing a late-night pop-up at Momofuku Ssäm bar on April 9th. Zahav is the brainchild of chef Michael Solomonov, winner of the 2011 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic, so stay tuned for some stellar late night modern Israeli food if this thing happens.
