1) Soho: A tipster writes in that workers were spotted removing all items from inside Bar 89 on Mercer. A Yelper wrote on March 7 that it's shuttered, and the phone line has been disconnected. Let's call this one a shutter. [EaterWire]

2) Chelsea: Jeremiah Moss reports that Cuban diner Cafe Havana shuttered suddenly earlier this week. The phone line at the inexpensive Eighth Avenue spot has been disconnected, and the interior's been cleaned out. [JVNY]

3) Park Slope: And Here's Park Slope reports that Filfila Falafel, a two-and-a-half year-old falafel shop at 310 Ninth St., is dunzo. [HPS]

4) Hell's Kitchen: Earlier this month, Zagat reported two shutters: Puttanesca, an 18-year-old Italian restaurant on Ninth Avenue between 55th and 56th, and Pier 9, which is en route to becoming a Latin bistro called Luna Sur. [Zagat]
