As noted yesterday, Momofuku Ko will turn five at the end of this month. David Chang has decided to celebrate this occasion with a two-night extravaganza when "some of the original chefs and menu items will be added back into the rotation." The menu will be served at the original 2008 price of $85 per person (the current dinner menu is $125), and reservations must be made online. This is clearly David Chang's attempt to melt the internet, or, at the very least, make foodies obsesses over an online reservation system like they did in 2008. The resyline goes live tomorrow at 10 a.m., so plan your morning accordingly. This is the perfect task for an intern or assistant, especially if you were an intern or assistant back in 2008.
